We've found that many of our interactive training modules can be effectively delivered via the web. For example, all the tools we use in our Root Cause Analysis sessions are easily adapted to web-based seminars and we can maintain the same degree of interactivity that we do during our face-to-face sessions.

This provides both convenience and cost savings to our customers. You can allow multiple staff to attend these sessions without having to pay travel expenses or hi-cost conference fees. Or you can avoid the need to pay consultant expenses for on-site sessions.

And your "attendees" can even be at multiple different sites during a session.
